See MenuBooklet in action

A quick look at what your diners see the moment they scan the code.

Everything in one place

One platform for the whole menu

Start with everything a restaurant needs on day one, and add the rest when you need it. Nothing is bundled in to pad a price.

📖

Menu builder

Categories, dishes, photos, allergens and calories — edited from your phone, live the moment you save.

🔳

QR codes & stands

Generate a QR for every table, plus printable stand designs carrying your own logo.

🌐

Subdomain & SEO

yourname.menubooklet.com from the start, indexed by search engines so diners can find you.

🕒

Meal-time timing

Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus that switch themselves on schedule — nobody has to remember.

🗣️

Extra languages

Serve one menu in 20+ languages, right-to-left scripts included, without a second menu to maintain.

💱

Multi-currency

Show prices in the currencies your visitors actually carry, set exactly rather than auto-converted.

💬

WhatsApp ordering

Let diners send an order straight to your WhatsApp — no commission, no extra app.

📊

Analytics & reviews

See what people open, search and skip, and collect reviews on a page you control.

🏬

Several restaurants

Run more than one place from a single login and switch between them in a tap — each with its own menu, address and billing.

Run the menu, not the printer

Change anything in seconds

The menu your diners are holding is the one you edited a moment ago. That is the whole point.

Switch a sold-out dish off and it disappears from every table at once.
Update a price, a photo or an allergen note without reprinting anything.
Schedule breakfast, lunch and dinner so the right menu shows itself.
Import the menu you already have from a spreadsheet instead of retyping it.
Keep a count on a dish and let it sell itself out at the twelfth one.
Ask a question in the customer's own words — the name to pipe onto the cake.
Take orders for tomorrow, with the days and times you are willing to hand them over.

A menu that matches your room

Twenty-seven themes, from quiet and classic to lacquered ultra-premium — and a builder for when none of them is quite you.

Premium glossy themes with smooth edges and full dark variants.

Bring your own domain whenever you are ready for one.
Photos presented for the small screen, not squeezed into a PDF.
Turn a dish around: shoot it on a turntable and diners drag to spin it.
Bigger text, more contrast, less motion — a panel any diner can set for themselves.

The quiet work a paper menu cannot do

Each one is a feature you can switch on today — or leave off.

Prompted extras

Suggest the side, the sauce or the second coffee at the moment someone is deciding — on every table, every service.

🧾

Order Pad

Take orders on the same menu your diners are reading, so the kitchen and the table never disagree.

📈

Advanced analytics

Find the dishes people open and never order — the ones worth re-pricing, re-shooting or retiring.

🌍

Multi-country

Run several countries from one account, each with its own menu, currency and prices.

🕔

Happy hour & combos

A price that changes itself between five and seven, and set meals that show what they include and what they save.

🫘

Bean & brew detail

Single origin or blend, roast, brew method, temperature and caffeine — the things a coffee drinker actually asks the counter.

🤖

AI menu generator

Turn a photo or a spreadsheet of your existing menu into a structured, styled digital one.

💬

Ask Isha

Diners ask what is vegetarian, what is spicy, what comes with the mixed grill — and get an answer from your own menu, at the table, without waiting for anyone.

🪄

AI photo enhancement

Sharpen and straighten an ordinary dish photograph, or cut the background out of it, without leaving the console or learning an editor.

Beyond the menu

Take bookings, quotes and members from the menu itself

The QR on the table is already in your diner's hand. These turn it into the place they book a table, ask for a quote or join your club — no second app, and no commission to anybody.

🍽️

Table bookings

Diners request a table from your menu; you confirm, seat and finish them on one screen that knows which of your tables are actually free. They see the answer on their own phone, told which table they are on — and if you have to turn one down, you say why, with a few minutes to take it back.

📋

Catering quotes

Enquiries for parties and functions land in one inbox. Send your price and the customer accepts or declines on their phone — so "won" means they said yes, not that somebody guessed.

Memberships

Sell a coffee club or a bean box from your menu. Requests arrive on their own screen with the members beside them, so you can see who has asked, who holds one, and what they are owed — and you bill them however you already do.

Tasting menus

A fixed run of courses at one price per guest, with wine pairing and chef's-surprise courses — priced per person, never muddled in with à la carte.

🎵

What's on

Live music, quiz nights, private dining. Upcoming events sit on the menu people are already reading, and drop off by themselves once the date passes.

🖼️

Promotions & posters

A banner above the menu, or the poster your designer already made shown full screen. It closes itself after thirty seconds so it never gets between a diner and the food.

Money, without a payment terminal

The menu does the arithmetic. You take the money the way you already do.

We are not a card machine and have no wish to be one. What these do is work out the code, the balance, the gratuity and the count before the order reaches your phone — so what lands is a total you can trust rather than a sum to check.

🎟️

Discount codes

SUMMER20 on the banner, and it actually works: the customer types it into their order and the total drops. Set a percentage or an amount, a minimum spend and a limit on how many times it can be used — every use counted.

🎁

Gift cards & vouchers

You sell the card however you already take money; we issue the code and remember what is left on it. A gift card keeps its change for next time, a voucher is spent in one go.

Loyalty & rewards

Stamps or points that collect on the customer’s own phone — no card to lose, no app to install. You set what a reward costs; they claim it at the counter and you approve it in a tap.

💛

Tips

Ten, fifteen, twenty per cent or their own figure, added to the order and collected with the bill. Recorded beside the total rather than inside it, so your week still separates food from tips.

🔔

Call a waiter

A diner taps and the handset in your apron rings — a real Android app, so it still rings with the screen off. Pair a phone by scanning a code, give it the terrace or the back room, and it stays quiet for everybody else’s tables.

📦

Stock counts

Twelve croissants means twelve. Orders count them down and the thirteenth person sees "sold out" instead of hearing it from you.

✉️

Email your regulars

Only the people who ticked the box on your booking form — never the ones who simply left an address to reserve a table. It starts empty and fills up, which is why the mail lands in inboxes rather than spam.

How it works

Three steps, one afternoon

Create your menu

Sign up and add your categories and dishes — or import the menu you already have from a spreadsheet.

Make it yours

Pick a theme, drop in your logo, set your languages and currencies. Your subdomain is live immediately.

Put it on the table

Download your QR codes and stands, print them, and edit the menu whenever the kitchen changes.

Who it is for

Built for how you actually serve

Tell us what kind of place you run and the console rearranges itself: the options a bakery needs come first, the ones it never will move out of the way. Nothing is taken away — a cafe that starts selling ice cream just scrolls a little further. Explore what it can do →

Cafes & coffee shops

Daypart menus that switch themselves, origin and roast on every coffee, milk and syrup choices, and a club your regulars can join.

🍽️

Fine dining

Tasting menus priced per guest, wine pairings and sommelier notes, the story behind a dish, your chef's biography, dress code and table bookings.

🏨

Hotels

Room service, breakfast, pool, spa and mini bar as separate outlets under one account — ordering by room number, and a concierge who is one tap away.

🍔

Fast food

Combo builders, extra cheese, ingredients removed, family and kids meals, last order reordered in a tap, and a pickup time the customer chooses.

🥐

Bakeries

A "baked at 6:40 this morning" badge that ages by itself through the day, counts that sell out the last twelve croissants, and pre-orders for tomorrow.

🥤

Juice bars & ice cream

Sugar and ice levels, protein and booster add-ons, scoop counts, cone or cup, toppings and mix-ins — with calories, protein, sugar, fat and carbs on the dish.

🎪

Catering

Packages priced per guest, event types from weddings to corporate, quote requests answered in the console, and a menu that prints properly as a PDF.

🏢

Franchises

Write the menu centrally and push it to every branch, price per branch, run promotions in one city only, and read the analytics branch by branch.

Work with us

Two ways to earn from MenuBooklet

If you already set restaurants up for a living — or you simply know one that should be here — there is a share in it for you.

🤝

Become a partner

For agencies, POS dealers and consultants who set up restaurants. You get a six-digit code to hand to every place you sign up, and a commission on what they pay — for as long as the arrangement runs, not just the first invoice.

Two arrangements: collect from your restaurants and remit our share, or let them pay us and we pay your commission out. Your rate is agreed with you, and can differ by plan. You see every account, every commission and every payment on a statement you can download.

Talk to us about partnering →

🎁

Refer a restaurant

Already a customer? Share your invite link from the console. When a restaurant you introduce subscribes, you earn account credit against your own bill — no paperwork, nothing to claim.

How much depends on the plan they choose, and the amount is shown on your referral page before you send the link. Credit lands automatically the day their first payment goes through.

Read the questions people ask →

Restaurants pay the same either way. A partner code never changes the price on the plan page.

Questions

The things people ask first

How long does it take to get my menu online?
Most restaurants are live the same day. Create the account, add your categories and dishes, and the menu is served at yourname.menubooklet.com with a QR code ready to print.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code and the menu opens in the phone's browser — fast on older handsets and slow connections, and it works on every phone.
Can I change prices and hide sold-out dishes myself?
Yes, and it takes seconds. Edit a price or switch an item off and every diner sees the change immediately — no reprinting, no waiting on an agency.
What happens when the free trial ends?
No card is needed to start the 1-day trial. When it ends your menu stays live for another 3 days, then goes offline until you pick a plan — nothing is deleted while you decide, and the QR codes you have already printed keep pointing at it.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Every shop gets a free subdomain and SEO from the start. Your own domain, fonts and colours are there when you want them — optional add-ons rather than a forced upgrade.
Can diners book a table or ask for a catering quote?
Yes. Both arrive in your dashboard as requests you answer — nothing is auto-confirmed. The diner then sees your answer on their own phone, and on a catering quote they accept or decline it there, so a won job means the customer actually said yes.
Can I sell a coffee club or a membership?
You can advertise one on your menu and collect everyone who is interested in your enquiries inbox. It does not charge cards — you take payment however you already do, which keeps you clear of holding anybody's card details.
Can I show my own promotional poster?
Yes — upload the artwork you already have and it opens full screen over your menu. We shrink it under 200 KB so it appears instantly on mobile data, it closes itself after thirty seconds, and the file is deleted for you once the promotion ends.
