Refund Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
We want you to be happy with MenuBooklet. This policy explains how trials, billing, and refunds work.
1. Try before you pay
Every account starts with a free trial of the full experience — no credit card required. This is the best time to make sure MenuBooklet is right for you, before any charge is ever made.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly, six-monthly, or annually). You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee: if you upgrade to a paid plan and aren't satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that first charge and we'll refund it.
- Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged by mistake or forgot to cancel, contact us — we review these case by case and aim to be fair.
- Annual and multi-year plans: covered by the same 14-day guarantee from the date of the charge.
- À-la-carte features: follow the same 14-day guarantee from the date the feature was added.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@menubooklet.com from your account email with your restaurant name and the charge in question. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your bill, please reach out first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Accounts with an open chargeback may be temporarily suspended until it's resolved.
