Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of MenuBooklet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

MenuBooklet provides software for creating and hosting digital restaurant menus, QR ordering, and related features on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your plan and any add-ons you enable.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to represent the business you register. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial of the full experience, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan to continue using paid features. We'll never charge a card you haven't added.

4. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, six-monthly, or annually, as selected).
  • A multi-year offer, where available, is paid once upfront for the whole term.
  • Prices are shown at checkout and may be changed with notice for future billing periods.
  • You authorise us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method.
  • À-la-carte features are added to your subscription and billed accordingly.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: - Use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. - Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is harmful or offensive. - Attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or access other tenants' data. - Resell or white-label the service except as expressly permitted by your plan.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the menus, images, and other content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display that content to run the service for you. You are responsible for your content and for the accuracy of prices, allergen, and tax information you publish.

8. Our intellectual property

The MenuBooklet software, brand, and platform are owned by us. These Terms don't grant you any rights to them except the right to use the service per your plan.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that pose a security or legal risk, or for non-payment. We'll give reasonable notice where practical.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your restaurant, including pricing, tax, and food-labelling rules.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuBooklet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
