You can change plan at any time from Billing.
- Upgrading takes effect immediately, and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period, so you only pay for what you use.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current paid period, so you keep what you've already paid for.
Before a downgrade completes, check that your content fits the smaller plan's limits — for example the number of branches, languages, or images.
