Entering a partner code

Updated 9 August 2026

If an agency, reseller or consultant set your restaurant up, they may have given you a six-digit code.

What it does: It records who introduced you, so they are credited for your account. That is all. It does not change your plan, your price, or anything about your menu.

How to enter it: On the console home page there is a card asking whether a partner referred you. Type the six digits and press Continue.

Confirming who it is: Before anything is linked you are shown the partner's name and asked to agree. This matters: six digits is short enough to mistype, and the check means a wrong number shows you an obviously wrong name instead of quietly crediting somebody you have never met.

If you do not have a code: Press "No thanks" and the card goes away for good. Nothing about your account changes.

How long you have: There is a window after signing up, and the card tells you when it is nearly over. After it closes the code is refused — a partner did not introduce a restaurant that has been running on its own for months. If you are still inside the window and cannot find the card, you dismissed it: ask your partner to get in touch with us.
