Referring another restaurant

Updated 9 August 2026

If you know a restaurant that should be on MenuBooklet, introducing them earns you credit against your own bill.

Where to find your link: Open Referrals in the console. Your invite link is at the top — it is yours permanently, so you can put it in an email, a WhatsApp message, or a group chat with other owners.

What you earn: Account credit, shown on that same page before you send anything. The amount depends on which plan the restaurant you introduced ends up choosing, so a bigger plan is worth more. Nothing is promised for a signup on its own — the credit is earned when they actually subscribe.

When it lands: Automatically, the day their first payment goes through. There is nothing to claim and no form to fill in. The referral shows as "joined" until then, and "rewarded" afterwards.

If they start small and upgrade later: You are still paid. A restaurant that joins on a plan worth nothing to the programme stays on your list, and the credit is earned when they move up to one that is.

What the credit does: It sits on your account and comes off future invoices. It is credit, not cash — we cannot pay it out.
