Enter prices in your branch's currency. Menus can show prices as tax-inclusive along with a note such as "incl. VAT", so guests see the amount they'll actually pay.
To change prices across many items at once, use the spreadsheet export and import — edit the price column in Excel and upload the file back.
Each branch has its own prices, so the same dish can cost differently in different locations.
