Two ways to price a dish differently without editing your menu twice a day.
HAPPY HOUR A price that applies inside a time window, on the days you choose.
- Edit the item and set the happy-hour price, its start and end time, and the days it runs.
- During the window the menu shows the lower price with the usual one struck through beside it.
- Outside the window the full price comes back on its own.
The window is measured in your branch's own clock, so "5pm" means 5pm where you are. A window that runs past midnight works correctly: a 10pm-to-2am Friday happy hour is still the Friday window at 1am on Saturday.
The lower price is used everywhere it should be: on the card, in the order pad total and in the price filter, so nothing on the page disagrees about what a dish costs right now.
COMBOS A set meal built from dishes already on your menu.
- Edit the item and add two or more dishes as combo parts, with quantities.
- The menu lists what is included, so a diner can see what they are getting.
- Optionally show what the combo saves against buying the parts separately.
A combo needs at least two parts. One item at a price is just an item.
