A hotel is several places at once — room service, a restaurant, a pool bar, a spa — and a guest needs to pick the one they are ordering from.
MenuBooklet already models that. Each outlet is a location with its own menu, its own hours and its own phone number, and guests choose from a directory on your menu. What changes when you tell us you are a hotel is the wording: the directory asks "Which outlet?" instead of "Where are you dining?", and the dashboard says outlets instead of branches.
To switch it on: 1. Open Profile and choose "Hotel with several outlets". 2. Open Outlets and add one per place a guest can order from. Tap a suggestion — Room Service, Pool Bar, Spa, Mini Bar, Lobby Lounge, Rooftop — or type your own name; "Aqua" is a better name for your pool bar than "Pool Bar", and only you know that. 3. Give each one its own hours and phone. Build its menu as usual.
Room service ordering: If you take WhatsApp orders, a hotel guest is asked for their room number instead of a delivery address — one field instead of five, because you already know where the building is. The room comes through on the order message, at the top, and appears in your orders list and exports as "Room 412".
The concierge button: Profile has a Concierge / front desk number. It shows on your menu as a second call button beside the outlet's own, labelled so a guest can tell them apart — the outlet's number reaches the kitchen they are ordering from, yours reaches the people who can answer anything else. Leave it blank to hide it.
Banquets and conferences: Turn on catering enquiries in Profile and tap the Banquet, Conference, Meeting room and Gala dinner suggestions. Requests arrive in your enquiries inbox with the date, the guest count and the budget, and you answer from there.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner: These are meal periods, not separate outlets. Tag your categories and items, set your own serving windows in Profile, and the menu shows the right one automatically by the outlet's local clock.
You can switch back to Restaurant at any time. Nothing about your data changes — an outlet is a location either way — so nothing is lost either way.
